TRAILER WRAPS & GRAPHICS
PCB Wraps designs, produces and installs graphics for enclosed trailers, commercial trailers, concession trailers, equipment trailers, toy haulers and race-support trailers. Coverage and production are planned around the trailer’s actual construction, panel layout, hardware, surface condition and intended use.
COVERAGE OPTIONS & TRAILER APPLICATIONS
Coverage should follow the trailer rather than a preset package. Existing color, panel construction, rivets, doors, trim, surface condition and how the trailer is used all affect whether full coverage, a partial wrap or simpler identification graphics make sense.
Full wraps
Extensive printed coverage for a complete branded or custom appearance.
Partial wraps
Strategic graphics that work with the trailer's existing color and surface.
Business graphics and lettering
Logos, services, contact information, identification, and selective branding.
MOTORSPORTS, EQUIPMENT & SPECIALTY GRAPHICS
Race-support trailers, toy haulers, equipment trailers and personal builds may use identification, sponsor graphics, custom artwork or larger printed layouts. The same construction and surface checks still apply.
THE TRAILER CONSTRUCTION CHANGES THE GRAPHICS PLAN
A trailer may look like a large flat canvas from a distance, but doors, seams, rivets, trim, fenders, vents, access panels and different exterior materials break that surface into working areas. Artwork and panel planning need to account for those features before production.

DOORS, RIVETS, SEAMS & HARDWARE
Doors, hinges, rivets, seams, vents, windows, handles, trim, fenders, lights, and access panels all affect graphic placement and installation.
SURFACE CONDITION & EXISTING GRAPHICS
Oxidation, corrosion, damaged panels, failing coatings, previous graphics, adhesive residue, repairs, and sealants may affect preparation or suitability.
SMOOTH, RIVETED & COMPOSITE PANELS
Smooth panels, riveted panels, composite surfaces, and concession trailers may require different approaches. Existing graphics may require removal.
TRAILER GRAPHICS PROJECTS
Examples include enclosed commercial trailers and concession units, with graphics planned around each trailer’s panel construction, openings, hardware and use.
FROM TRAILER INFORMATION TO PRODUCTION
The project starts with the actual trailer rather than treating it as a generic rectangle. Photos, construction, critical dimensions, doors, windows, seams, hardware, surface condition and existing graphics establish the usable areas before artwork is finalized for production.
Project review
We review the trailer type, intended use, existing graphics, surface concerns, coverage goals and branding before artwork is developed.
Trailer information and measurements
Send clear photos and the trailer’s year, make, model, overall dimensions, door and window locations, panel seams, hardware, existing graphics, and any repairs or surface concerns. We verify critical measurements before production instead of treating manufacturer dimensions as a wrap template.
Design and scope
Artwork is laid out around the measured trailer, keeping important text and brand elements clear of doors, seams, hardware and other interruptions.
Proof and approval
The layout is reviewed before production. After approval, files are prepared for the actual panels, material and installation plan.
USE, EXPOSURE & CARE MATTER
Appearance and longevity depend on material, trailer surface, installation, use, storage, highway exposure, environmental conditions, cleaning, and maintenance. Proper care helps protect the finished graphics, but results vary based on how and where the trailer is used.
FAQs
Common questions about trailer types, coverage, existing graphics, riveted panels and project preparation.
Enclosed, concession, equipment, utility, toy haulers, and race trailers all work. The construction and surface condition determine the right approach.
A full wrap covers most of the intended exterior surface. A partial wrap uses the trailer’s existing color as part of the design and can reduce material and installation scope, but the right choice depends on the trailer, message, coverage needed, and surface condition.
Yes. We design around the trailer and your brand. You do not need finished artwork before starting.
Existing graphics may require removal before installation. We review the trailer first to determine what is needed.
Riveted panels are common and workable. The graphics are planned around seams and hardware for a clean result.
Still have questions?
If the trailer has unusual panels, repairs, coatings, existing graphics or hardware, send photos with the question. Those details usually determine the answer.
START A TRAILER GRAPHICS PROJECT
Send clear photos, overall dimensions, trailer type, door and window locations, existing graphics and any known surface concerns. Include branding and the coverage you are considering so the project can be reviewed around the actual trailer.
