BOAT WRAPS & MARINE GRAPHICS
Full hull wraps, custom graphics, boat names, registration numbers and commercial marine branding — designed, produced and installed around the real hull, hardware, surface and way the boat is used. Based in Panama City Beach, PCB Wraps serves boat owners and marine businesses across Panama City, 30A, Destin and surrounding Northwest Florida.
COVERAGE DEPENDS ON THE BOAT & HOW IT IS USED
A center console, charter boat, skiff, pontoon, personal watercraft and offshore boat do not need the same graphic system. We plan coverage, seams, visibility and material around the vessel, trailer access and real-world use.
Hull wraps
Printed or solid-color coverage that can completely change the hull. Coverage is planned around strakes, chines, rub rails, through-hulls, trim, hardware and practical panel breaks.
Partial and custom graphics
Accent graphics, stripes, patterns and partial coverage that intentionally use the existing gelcoat or paint as part of the design instead of looking like a full wrap that simply stopped.
Commercial marine graphics
Charter, rental, tour, service and working-vessel graphics built for recognition at the dock and on the water — with names, logos, contact information, sponsor marks and required identification kept readable.
Lettering and identification
Boat names, registration numbers, hailing-port lettering, logos and smaller identification graphics. Sometimes lettering is all the boat needs; it does not have to become a full-wrap project.
The hull decides where the design can go
A boat is not a flat billboard. Chines, strakes, rub rails, compound curves, bow flare, through-hulls, trim tabs, ladders and hardware all affect where graphics can live and how panels need to be produced and installed.
You do not need finished artwork to start
Logos, sketches, colors, or a rough idea work fine

SURFACE CONDITION COMES BEFORE VINYL
Vinyl needs a sound, stable surface. Oxidized gelcoat, failing paint, repaired areas, wax, polish, ceramic coatings, silicone, old adhesive and contamination can change what prep is required or whether wrapping an area makes sense at all.
Surface
We inspect questionable areas before committing. Vinyl can hide color; it cannot repair a failing substrate underneath it.
Access
Trailer bunks, stands, lifts, hardware and hull size affect access. The installation plan has to be solved before production, not after the graphics are printed.

MATERIALS + PRODUCTION
PRINT, LAMINATE & PANEL PLANNING WORK AS A SYSTEM
Arlon is PCB Wraps’ first-choice line for many printed wrap applications, but marine material selection still follows the actual project. Hull surface, geometry, exposure, coverage, finish and installation requirements determine the film and laminate system rather than using one product for every boat.
Production artwork is built at real scale, printed in-house, checked for color and panel alignment, then moved through the production process before lamination and cutting.
Laminate
The laminate becomes the exposed surface of a printed wrap. It protects the ink and determines the finished gloss or matte appearance, so we treat it as part of the material system rather than an afterthought.
Panel planning
Seams, overlaps and panel breaks are planned around hull geometry and access. The goal is to make the install practical without letting the production plan wreck the design.
MORE THAN THE WRAP
MARINE UPGRADES CAN STAND ALONE OR BE PLANNED WITH GRAPHICS
A boat project can stay graphics-only, combine graphics with electronics, audio, lighting, custom accessories or marine flooring, or skip the graphics entirely. PCB Wraps can handle marine upgrades as standalone work or coordinate them with the visual side when both belong in the same build.
Electronics
Chartplotters, sonar, radar, VHF/AIS, cameras, displays and connected helm upgrades.
Audio + lighting
Marine speakers, amplifiers, source units, tower audio, accent lighting, underwater lighting and controls.
SeaDek + MarineMat
Custom marine flooring projects with templating, design, branded details and installation options based on the boat and selected product.
BOAT & MARINE GRAPHICS PROJECTS

FROM BOAT INFORMATION TO PRODUCTION ARTWORK
The design, material and install plan all start with the actual boat. Photos are useful; measurements and surface review are what turn an idea into production artwork.

Project review and boat information
Send the year, make, model, overall length, photos of both sides and the transom, and what you want changed. We also want to know how the boat is stored, trailered and used.
Measurements and scope
We confirm actual dimensions, hull geometry, hardware, existing graphics, access, surface condition and coverage before production. Manufacturer dimensions are a starting point, not a wrap template.
Design and proof
The proof is built around the measured boat. Logos, text and key visual elements are kept away from hardware and panel breaks where possible, and you approve the layout before production begins.
MARINE EXPOSURE & CONTACT ARE PART OF THE PLAN
Sun, salt, heat, dock contact, trailer bunks, fenders, cleaners and repeated launching all affect marine graphics. Material matters, but use and maintenance matter too.
Use
High-contact areas wear differently from open hull sides. We plan coverage with that reality in mind instead of pretending every square inch sees the same conditions.
Maintenance
Routine washing with wrap-safe products, avoiding aggressive chemicals and pressure directly at edges, and reducing unnecessary exposure can help keep the finish looking better longer.

FAQs
Straight answers about hull surfaces, removal, artwork, materials and what we need before a boat project starts.
Most smooth, sound exterior hull and topside surfaces can be considered. Heavy nonskid, failing coatings, severe oxidation, damaged surfaces, constant abrasion areas and some hardware-heavy locations may need a different approach. We review the actual boat before promising coverage.
Existing vinyl and adhesive can often be removed as part of preparation, but the labor and risk vary with age, material, sun exposure, adhesive condition, prior repairs, and the surface underneath. We evaluate removal as its own part of the scope before assuming what will come off cleanly.
No. Logos, brand files, sketches, reference photos and even AI concepts can help communicate direction. AI imagery is not automatically print-ready artwork; final production files have to be rebuilt around the real hull, scale and hardware.
Vinyl needs a sound substrate. Oxidized gelcoat, repaired areas, peeling paint, old clear coat, wax, ceramic coatings and contamination can affect adhesion or removal. We review questionable areas before committing to the job.
Start with the year, make, model, length, clear photos of both sides and the transom, desired coverage, existing graphics and what you want the finished boat to look or do differently. If electronics, flooring, audio or lighting are also part of the plan, include that too.

START A BOAT OR MARINE GRAPHICS PROJECT
Send the year, make, model, length, clear photos of both hull sides and the transom, existing graphics and the coverage you are considering. Include storage, trailering or access details that could affect installation. Marine upgrades can be included when they are part of the same project, but they do not require a wrap.
