RACE WRAPS, LIVERIES & GRAPHICS

PCB Wraps designs and produces race liveries, numbers, sponsor graphics and team identification for cars, trucks and off-road vehicles. The livery is planned as one system around the actual body, required identification, sponsor hierarchy and the panels most likely to need repair or replacement.

System

THE LIVERY, NUMBERS & SPONSORS HAVE TO WORK TOGETHER

A race vehicle is not a collection of unrelated decals. The livery, number, team identity and sponsor logos need hierarchy—what must read at speed, what must show in photos and video, and what can live in the smaller supporting spaces.

Options

RACE GRAPHICS BY APPLICATION

Race programs rarely need the exact same mix of graphics. Coverage can range from a complete livery to numbers, sponsor packages and replacement panels, with each element organized around the vehicle, class requirements and how the team uses it.

Full & partial wraps

Complete custom liveries or selective coverage for specific panels and sections. We build the design around the car, not the other way around.

Numbers & identification

Race numbers, names, classes, and identification graphics designed for visibility and consistency across the vehicle.

Sponsor graphics

Sponsor logos are organized by priority, available space and viewing angle so they remain part of the livery instead of becoming a stack of unrelated decals.

Team graphics

The same visual system can extend to support trailers, tow vehicles, pit equipment and other team assets when consistency across the operation matters.

Vehicle

DESIGN AROUND THE BODY & HARD POINTS

Race bodies are full of panel breaks, removable sections, aero components, openings and extreme viewing angles. Those features affect where the main identity, number and sponsor groups can live and how the artwork should cross panels.

Hard points

Body panels, aerodynamic components, windows, doors, fenders, bumpers, spoilers, vents, removable panels, wheel openings, and viewing angles all influence design.

Intentional placement

Numbers and sponsor logos should be placed intentionally rather than fitted into whatever space remains. We start from your branding, sponsor logos, number styles, colors, reference liveries, sketches, or a general concept.

Production

PLAN FOR PANEL REPLACEMENT BEFORE THE CAR HITS THE TRACK

Doors, fenders, bumpers, noses and other race-body panels get damaged or replaced. Organizing artwork and production references by panel can make later repairs more practical. Replacement graphics can still vary from older graphics because of film age, exposure, material changes and the surface underneath.

The process

Approved artwork is organized by vehicle and panel, then printed, finished and installed for the project. Keeping those production references matters when a door, fender, bumper or number panel needs replacement later.

Replacement graphics

When production files, panel references and vehicle details are retained, replacement doors, fenders, bumpers, number panels and sponsor graphics can often be reproduced without rebuilding the entire livery. Exact appearance can still vary with material, age and the surface underneath.

RACE LIVERY & TEAM GRAPHICS PROJECTS

Examples include complete track liveries and coordinated graphics across race vehicles and support trailers, produced from our Panama City Beach shop.

Process

FROM VEHICLE INFORMATION TO INSTALL-READY GRAPHICS

Start with clear vehicle photos, available templates or measurements, the race number, team branding, sponsor assets and the desired coverage. Artwork is then developed for the actual vehicle, proofed, prepared for production and organized for installation.

Vehicle review

We review the vehicle type, body construction, removable panels, existing graphics, available templates or measurements and any areas likely to need replacement during the season.

Graphics scope

Race number, required identification, sponsor hierarchy, team branding and coverage are defined before the livery is finalized.

Design and proof

The livery is developed around the actual body and supplied assets, then proofed with attention to panel breaks, viewing angles and future replacement needs.

FAQs

Common questions about artwork, sponsor files, coverage, replacement panels and surface preparation.

Do I need finished artwork?

No. We can work from team branding, sponsor logos, number styles, colors, reference liveries, sketches, or a general concept. Finished production-ready artwork is not required to start.

What sponsor logo files work best?

Original vector files are preferred. Screenshots and low-resolution web images often cannot be used for production without redrawing or quality loss.

Full wrap or partial wrap?

It depends on the vehicle and the design. We build complete liveries or selective coverage for specific panels and sections based on your goals and budget.

Can you match existing graphics?

When accurate production files and vehicle information are available, we can produce replacement graphics or panels. Exact matches between graphics produced at different times, materials, or surfaces are not guaranteed.

What about surface condition?

Surface condition, existing graphics, repairs, fresh paint, composite panels, hardware, and vehicle construction may affect preparation or installation. We assess this during the vehicle review.

Still have questions?

Include the series or class, vehicle photos and any known graphic requirements when you contact us. Those details help define the production scope.
