Messaging Terms — SMS & WhatsApp

PCB Wraps may offer SMS/text and WhatsApp communications for customer service, project communications, and, when separately authorized, marketing.

Project & Customer-Service Messages

Customers who affirmatively opt in may receive messages concerning inquiries, quotes, appointments, proofs, project status, orders, payments, pickup, warranty, account activity, or other customer-service matters.

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry, project, order, or account. Message and data rates may apply.

Marketing Messages

PCB Wraps may separately offer optional marketing or promotional messages.

Marketing messaging consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing products or services.

Consent for project or customer-service messages does not automatically constitute consent for a separate marketing messaging program.

Opting Out

You may opt out of applicable SMS messaging by replying STOP.

Where supported, reply HELP for assistance.

PCB Wraps will also honor other legally recognized or reasonably clear requests to stop messaging as applicable.

Opting out of text messaging does not cancel an existing project, order, balance due, or other contractual obligation. PCB Wraps may continue to communicate through other appropriate channels when necessary to administer an active transaction or relationship.

Privacy

Mobile information and messaging consent are handled according to the PCB Wraps Privacy Policy.

Mobile phone information, SMS opt-in data, and messaging consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

PCB Wraps may use service providers as necessary to operate messaging, customer service, security, and related functions.

Delivery

Wireless carriers and messaging platforms control portions of message transmission. Delivery is therefore not guaranteed.

WhatsApp

Where a customer chooses or authorizes communication through WhatsApp, PCB Wraps may use that channel for applicable customer-service and project communications.

WhatsApp communications are also subject to applicable platform requirements and the PCB Wraps Privacy Policy.

Consent Records

PCB Wraps may maintain records relating to messaging consent, including the telephone number, consent category, date and time, source, applicable disclosure, and opt-out status, as appropriate for operational and compliance purposes.

Separate Consent

Where required or appropriate, PCB Wraps will request messaging consent separately from general acceptance of website terms, project terms, or purchasing conditions.
