FLEET GRAPHICS & VEHICLE WRAPS
PCB Wraps builds repeatable fleet graphics systems for service vans, work trucks, trailers, company vehicles and mixed commercial fleets. The goal is consistency without forcing one layout onto different bodies: the brand stays recognizable while coverage, artwork and panel planning adapt to each vehicle.
One brand. Different vehicles.
Fleet consistency does not mean forcing the exact same layout onto every vehicle. Different body styles, sizes, doors, windows, equipment, and usable graphic areas require the design to adapt while maintaining the same colors, logos, typography, messaging, and overall brand identity.
Fleet graphics options
The right approach depends on your branding, vehicle inventory, desired coverage, surface condition, operational needs, and budget.
Full wraps
Extensive coverage when vehicles need a complete branded appearance or when paint colors vary enough that the design needs a consistent base.
Partial wraps
Printed graphics designed around the existing paint color to keep the fleet recognizable without wrapping every panel.
Lettering & graphics
Logos, identification, services, contact information, unit numbers, and selective graphics. Clean and direct.
Mixed fleet programs
A consistent design system adapted across different vehicle types and coverage levels. One brand across every asset.
BUILT FOR ADDITIONS, REPAIRS & REPLACEMENTS
Fleet programs change over time. New units are added, vehicles are replaced, body panels get repaired and contact information changes. Keeping approved brand assets, vehicle-specific layouts and production files organized makes later additions and replacement graphics more consistent and avoids recreating the program from scratch.

PRODUCTION, INSTALLATION & DOWNTIME
Fleet production has to stay organized by vehicle, panel, revision and install date. Graphics can be produced and installed in batches around vehicle availability so the branding program moves forward without unnecessarily taking the whole fleet out of service.

Approved files go to print
Once a design is approved, we prepare production files for the specific vehicle and coverage. Material selection, printing, lamination, cutting, and panel organization are handled before the unit arrives for installation.

Surfaces are checked and cleaned
Surface condition, existing graphics, repairs, coatings, and vehicle configuration all affect the work. We assess each vehicle before installation begins.
Installation coordination

Scheduling around your operation
For fleets, downtime matters. Installations can be planned in batches or around vehicle availability so the graphics schedule fits the operation instead of pulling every unit at once.
Removal and finishing
Removal and finishing
Removal is evaluated vehicle by vehicle
Age, film type, exposure, adhesive residue, and paint condition can make removal very different from one unit to the next. We assess that before scheduling replacement graphics.

WHAT WE NEED TO START A FLEET PROJECT
The entire fleet does not have to be finalized before planning begins. A useful starting point is the current vehicle inventory, photos, existing brand files, desired coverage and any known additions, replacements or scheduling constraints.
Fleet review
Fleet review
We look at what you have
Tell us the number and types of vehicles, year, make, and model when available. Vehicle photos help us understand the fleet quickly.
Scope and inventory
Scope and inventory
We define the project
We review existing brand files, desired coverage, current graphics, and future vehicle plans. This shapes the scope and budget.
Design system
Design system
A system, not a single layout
We build a repeatable design system and provide proofs. The system adapts across your vehicle types while keeping the brand consistent.

We produce and install
Approved designs move into production. We coordinate installation around your operational and scheduling needs.
FAQs
Questions that commonly affect fleet scope, consistency, replacement graphics and future additions.
Yes. We build a design system that adapts across vans, trucks, trailers, and other commercial vehicles. The brand stays consistent while each layout fits the vehicle.
We use the same colors, logos, typography, and messaging across every vehicle. The layout changes to fit the body, but the identity does not.
We keep approved layouts, brand assets, and production files on record so new vehicles—and replacement graphics after repairs or panel changes—can be matched without rebuilding the program from zero.
We work with what you have. Provide your logo files, brand colors, and any existing guidelines, and we will build the fleet system around them.
It depends on your branding, vehicle inventory, surface condition, and budget. We will recommend the coverage level that makes sense for your operation.
