Turnaround
Custom-order turnaround may include three separate stages:
Proofing → Production → Shipping or Installation
Production turnaround does not begin merely because an inquiry or order was submitted. Required payment, usable project information, artwork, and proof approval must first be completed where applicable.
Quoted completion and transit dates are estimates unless PCB Wraps expressly provides a guaranteed deadline in writing.
Shipping
Carrier transit estimates are not PCB Wraps guarantees.
PCB Wraps may divide an order into multiple shipments where operationally appropriate without materially changing the customer’s order.
If PCB Wraps ships to an address supplied or approved by the customer, costs caused by an incorrect address, redirection, return, or reshipment are the customer’s responsibility.
Shipping Damage
Customers should inspect shipments promptly and report visible shipping damage as soon as reasonably practical. Keep the packaging and take photographs where possible.
For shipping arranged by PCB Wraps, we will reasonably assist with applicable carrier claims.
Lost Shipments
When PCB Wraps arranges shipping and a carrier loses a package, PCB Wraps will assist with the carrier claim and determine the appropriate replacement or refund based on the circumstances, carrier status, and applicable insurance.
When the customer directly selects and contracts the carrier, responsibility transfers according to that shipping arrangement when the goods are released to the customer’s carrier.
Remote Measurements & Fitment
When PCB Wraps has not physically measured or verified the application, the customer is responsible for providing accurate dimensions, year, make, model, configuration, photographs, modifications, and other requested fitment information.
Reprints or replacements caused by inaccurate customer-supplied information are billable.
Manufacturer production variations, trim levels, repairs, aftermarket panels, and modifications can affect fitment even within the same year, make, and model.
Graphic Kits
Professional graphic kits can require significant installation skill. PCB Wraps does not represent every kit as suitable for inexperienced installation.
PCB Wraps does not warrant installation performed by the customer or another installer.
If a customer or third-party installer damages a graphic during installation, PCB Wraps may offer replacement pieces at additional cost where practical. PCB Wraps cannot guarantee indefinite availability of identical film, laminate, ink or color output, production profile, color batch, or template revision.
Purchase of a kit does not transfer PCB Wraps’ underlying templates, scans, measurements, cut geometry, or commercial reproduction rights.
Pickup
Customers should inspect product pickup orders reasonably promptly and report obvious product or quantity discrepancies.
Completed vehicles, vessels, equipment, and other customer property should generally be collected within 3 business days following completion notification unless another arrangement has been approved.
Storage charges may apply after the applicable grace period at the rate disclosed in the project documentation and only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Final payment is due before release unless PCB Wraps has expressly approved different payment terms.
On-Site Work
For work performed at the customer’s location, payment is due at completion unless PCB Wraps has expressly approved different written payment terms.
Fulfillment & Invoices
Physical services, shipped products, and other fulfillment should correspond to the applicable approved quote, order, change authorization, and invoice records. Project-specific documentation controls the actual scope purchased.
Related project issues may also be governed by the Project, Cancellation & Refund Policy and Warranty & Product Policy.
