FOOD TRUCK & CONCESSION TRAILER GRAPHICS
PCB Wraps builds food truck and concession trailer graphics from our Panama City Beach shop for operators across Panama City, 30A, Destin and Northwest Florida. The graphics are planned around the business and the actual unit—brand identity, service windows, menus, equipment openings, customer flow and the surfaces available for graphics.

THE GRAPHICS HAVE TO WORK WITH THE SERVICE SIDE
Food truck graphics have two jobs: identify the business from a distance and work around the side where customers order. The business name and primary brand elements need clear sight lines, while menus, ordering information and supporting graphics have to fit around serving windows, doors and equipment.
COVERAGE, MENUS & CUSTOMER FLOW
The right mix depends on the unit, brand, service-window layout, menu needs, customer flow, surface condition, coverage and budget. A food truck has to work as a kitchen and a storefront at the same time.
Full wraps for complete coverage
High-coverage printed graphics for a complete branded appearance, planned around serving windows, doors, vents, equipment openings, hardware and the areas customers actually see.

Partial wraps that work with existing color
Strategic graphics designed to work with the truck or trailer's existing color.

LOGOS, LETTERING & IDENTIFICATION
Business names, logos, contact information, social information, and other essential graphics.

Menu and supporting graphics
Printed menu panels, changeable menu areas, service-window graphics, hours, ordering information, decals and supporting signs can be planned with the wrap.

DESIGN AROUND THE ACTUAL UNIT
Serving windows, doors, vents, exhaust, access panels, generators, equipment openings, handles, hinges, lights, wheel openings, seams, rivets and customer-facing menu areas all compete for space. We plan logos, food imagery, pricing and calls to action around those hard points so the truck still works as a kitchen while the graphics work as a storefront.

PHOTOS & MEASUREMENTS
Food trucks vary in construction and configuration. Accurate photos and measurements matter.
SURFACE CONDITION
Existing graphics, adhesive residue, oxidation, corrosion, damaged panels, failing paint, sealants, grease and kitchen-related contamination can change the prep plan. We review the unit before deciding what needs removal, repair or extra cleaning.
PRODUCTION & INSTALLATION
Once artwork and placement are approved, production is organized around the actual panels, service openings and hardware. Printed graphics are finished for the application, then the unit is prepared and installed according to the approved layout.

GRAPHICS CAN BE PART OF A LARGER TRUCK PROJECT
You do not need every design detail finalized before starting. We begin with the unit, the concept, the menu and the customer-facing priorities, then build the scope around what is actually there.
Project review and truck information
PCB Wraps also handles food truck and concession trailer repairs, upgrades, refurbishment and custom build-out work. When a unit needs more than graphics, exterior branding can be planned alongside changes that affect service windows, doors, lighting, signs, equipment openings and other customer-facing areas.
Branding and scope
We define coverage, logos, required information, menu needs, and the desired style.
Design, proof, production, and installation
Clear photos of all sides and serving-window configuration help us build artwork that fits the actual vehicle.
FAQs
Direct answers about food truck wraps, graphics, and what you need to get started.
A full wrap gives complete branded coverage on every side. A partial wrap uses strategic graphics that work with the truck or trailer's existing color. The right choice depends on the vehicle, branding, coverage, layout, information, surface, and budget.
Yes. We can work from existing restaurant branding, logos, menus, colors, reference images, inspiration, or a general concept. Finished artwork is not required to start.
Food photography can be incorporated where it strengthens the design. We position important imagery, text, and contact information around serving windows, doors, vents, and other hardware rather than hidden behind or divided by them.
Existing graphics, adhesive residue, oxidation, corrosion, damaged panels, failing paint, sealants, grease, or contamination may affect preparation or suitability. We review questionable surfaces before determining the appropriate approach.
Useful starting information includes truck or trailer type and size, clear photos of all sides, serving-window configuration, desired coverage, existing graphics, logos or branding, required information, menu needs, and examples of the desired style.
