Project, Cancellation & Refund Policy

PCB Wraps primarily performs custom design, production, fabrication, and installation. Custom projects can begin consuming labor, design time, materials, vendor commitments, and production capacity before final installation.

When a Project Begins

A project is considered started when PCB Wraps begins billable or project-specific work or commits project costs. This can include design, measurements, artwork preparation, material ordering, vendor commitments, production preparation, printing, fabrication, preparation, disassembly, or installation.

Deposits

Deposits are applied toward the project and are not held as untouched refundable funds after work or project-specific costs begin.

If a project is cancelled, PCB Wraps may retain amounts corresponding to work already performed and costs already incurred or committed.

If earned work and committed costs exceed amounts already paid, the remaining balance remains due.

No General Cancellation Grace Period

PCB Wraps does not provide a universal cancellation window after a project has begun.

Before work begins or costs are committed, PCB Wraps may permit cancellation subject to applicable nonrecoverable charges.

Proof Approval & Production

Once a proof is approved, completed design work is earned. The customer is also responsible for materials, production, vendor costs, and other work subsequently completed or committed.

Once custom production begins, custom-produced work is generally final sale.

Customer-Requested Changes

Changes after proof approval may require additional design, materials, production, or labor and may alter the project schedule.

Scheduling & Missed Appointments

PCB Wraps generally requires at least two business days’ notice to cancel or reschedule an installation or on-site service appointment without risking rescheduling charges or loss of amounts allocated to reserved capacity.

Larger projects may have different notice requirements when stated in the project agreement.

Late cancellations and missed appointments may result in reasonable charges for scheduled labor, committed shop capacity, mobilization, subcontractors, vendors, or other resulting costs.

If a customer arrives late, fails to deliver property as scheduled, or fails to provide required site access, PCB Wraps may proceed where practical, shorten the available work period, or reschedule the project.

Property Must Be Ready

Vehicles, vessels, equipment, and work areas must be reasonably ready for the scheduled service.

Extraordinary dirt, contamination, inaccessible work areas, personal belongings, mechanical issues, or other customer-controlled conditions may cause additional preparation charges or rescheduling.

Customer Delays

Delayed approvals, payments, property delivery, information, or customer-requested pauses may move the project to the next reasonably available production or installation opening. PCB Wraps is not required to displace another scheduled customer to restore the original schedule.

Rush Work & Deadlines

A rush fee provides priority handling but does not automatically guarantee completion by a particular date.

A deadline is guaranteed only when PCB Wraps expressly identifies it in writing as a guaranteed completion deadline.

Returns

Custom-designed, printed, fabricated, personalized, cut-to-order, or customer-specific products are final sale once production begins, subject to PCB Wraps’ applicable warranty and correction obligations.

Standard stocked, unused, and non-custom merchandise may generally be returned within 7 days, unless otherwise stated, provided it is unused, complete, undamaged, and reasonably resalable.

Installed products are not returnable through the ordinary merchandise return process. Applicable warranty provisions govern.

Special-order products may become non-cancellable and non-returnable once PCB Wraps makes a non-cancellable supplier commitment. Applicable supplier restocking, freight, return shipping, and other charges may be deducted from any refund.

PCB Wraps Errors & Right to Cure

If PCB Wraps makes a covered production or workmanship error, PCB Wraps must first be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect and correct the affected work.

Depending on the circumstances, PCB Wraps may repair, rework, reproduce, reinstall, or replace the affected portion.

A refund is generally considered only when PCB Wraps cannot reasonably provide an appropriate corrective remedy.

Delays

Estimated project dates are not guaranteed unless expressly identified as guaranteed in writing. Delays alone do not create an automatic right to cancel without responsibility for completed work and committed costs, refund earned amounts, demand a discount, or disregard amounts legitimately due.

PCB Wraps will make commercially reasonable efforts to complete projects and communicate material delays.
