GOLF CART WRAPS & GRAPHICS

Custom golf cart wraps, graphics, lettering and fleet branding built around the actual cart, body style, accessories and way it gets used. PCB Wraps handles golf cart graphics from our Panama City Beach shop for personal carts, commercial carts and fleets across Panama City, 30A, Destin and Northwest Florida.

Options

BODY STYLE & ACCESSORIES CHANGE THE GRAPHICS PLAN

Club Car, E-Z-GO, Yamaha and aftermarket body kits can all put the seams, lights, trim, roof supports and usable graphic areas in different places. We build the layout around the real cart instead of forcing a generic template onto it.

Full cart wraps

Printed or solid-color coverage that changes the overall look of the body. Coverage is planned around body breaks, recessed areas, lights, trim, seat bases, roof supports and accessories.

Partial wraps & custom graphics

Stripes, patterns, race-inspired graphics, coastal themes, accent panels and custom layouts that intentionally use the existing body color as part of the design.

Commercial & fleet cart graphics

Branding for resorts, rentals, property managers, contractors, events, restaurants, security teams and other working fleets. We can build repeatable systems with logos, unit numbers, contact information and replacement graphics.

Names, numbers & lettering

Names, numbers, logos, sponsor marks and smaller vinyl details when a full wrap is more than the project needs.

Design

The body shape decides how the graphics work

Golf cart bodies have molded contours, recessed areas, separate front and rear panels, lights, trim, seat bases, roof supports and aftermarket accessories. We build the design around those breaks so important graphics do not disappear into hardware or body seams.

SURFACE CONDITION COMES BEFORE COVERAGE

Many golf carts use molded plastic or painted body panels, and some aftermarket bodies have different finishes entirely. Adhesion depends on the actual surface, its condition, previous products used on it and whether the finish is stable enough for vinyl.

Surface

Fading, oxidation, failing paint, peeling clear, wax, ceramic coatings, silicone, old adhesive and repaired areas can change the prep or make a section a poor wrap candidate.

Access

Windshields, light kits, mirrors, roof supports, rear seats, fender flares, body kits and other accessories can affect both the design and installation order. We plan those conflicts before production.

MATERIALS + PRODUCTION

PRINT, LAMINATE & PANEL PLANNING WORK TOGETHER

Arlon is PCB Wraps’ first-choice line for many printed wrap applications, but the cart body, surface, geometry, finish and intended use still determine the actual film and laminate system. Specialty films are used when the project calls for a different finish or application.

Print

Production artwork is built around the measured cart and printed at the scale needed for the body panels. Color, panel alignment and important graphic placement are checked before finishing.

Laminate

Printed graphics are laminated before installation. The laminate protects the print and establishes the final gloss, satin or matte appearance, so it is part of the system—not an afterthought.

Panel planning

Panel breaks, overlaps and seams are planned around molded body sections, trim and removable pieces so the installation stays practical without chopping up the design.

BUILD THE WHOLE CART

GOLF CART UPGRADES CAN STAND ALONE OR BE PLANNED WITH GRAPHICS

Golf carts are one of the best places to plan the whole look together. PCB Wraps can combine graphics with wheels, tires, lift and suspension, seats and upholstery, audio, lighting, electronics and other accessories—or handle any of those as a standalone job with no graphics required.

GOLF CART GRAPHICS PROJECTS

Personal carts, commercial units and fleet graphics with layouts planned around the actual body, trim, accessories and use of each cart.

Process

FROM CART INFORMATION TO PRODUCTION ARTWORK

The design, material and install plan all start with the actual cart. Photos get us moving; model information, body style and surface review are what turn an idea into production artwork.

Start

Project review and cart information

Send the year, make and model if known, clear photos of the front, rear and both sides, and what you want changed. Include aftermarket body kits, seats, lights, mirrors, roof changes or other accessories.

Measurements and scope

We confirm the actual body style, panel dimensions, existing graphics, surface condition, removable parts and coverage before production. Model names help, but the real cart is the final reference.

Design and proof

The proof is built around the cart’s usable surfaces. Important text and visual elements are kept away from body breaks, lights, trim and hardware where possible, and you approve the layout before production.

Care

SUN, WEATHER & HIGH-CONTACT AREAS AFFECT SERVICE LIFE

Golf carts can live outside, run through sand and rain, get washed constantly, carry passengers, rub against bags and equipment, and sit in Florida sun. Material matters, but storage, use and maintenance matter too.

Use

High-contact areas around seat bases, step areas, bag wells and frequently handled panels may wear differently from open body sections. We plan coverage with that reality in mind.

Maintenance

Routine washing with wrap-safe products, avoiding aggressive chemicals and pressure directly at edges, and reducing unnecessary UV exposure can help the finish look better longer.

FAQs

Straight answers about cart body surfaces, old graphics, artwork, materials, commercial fleets and what we need before a golf cart project starts.

What parts can be wrapped?

Most smooth, stable body panels can be considered. Textured plastics, unpainted low-energy plastics, heavily oxidized finishes, failing paint and constant-abrasion areas may need a different approach. We look at the actual cart before promising coverage.

Can you remove old graphics?

Existing vinyl and adhesive can often be removed as part of preparation, but removal time and risk depend on graphic age, sun exposure, adhesive condition and the body surface underneath. We evaluate removal separately before assuming what will come off cleanly.

Do I need finished artwork?

No. Logos, sketches, reference photos and AI concepts are fine for direction. Final artwork still has to be rebuilt around the real cart, body panels, scale and production requirements.

No. Golf cart bodies and aftermarket kits use different plastics, paints, coatings and textures, and they do not all accept vinyl the same way. We evaluate the specific surface and condition before choosing a material or promising coverage.

What information do you need?

Start with the year, make and model if known, clear photos of the front, rear and both sides, desired coverage, existing graphics and any aftermarket body, seat, lighting, wheel, suspension or accessory changes planned for the cart.

START A GOLF CART GRAPHICS PROJECT

Send the year, make and model if known, photos from all sides, desired coverage, existing graphics and any planned body, seat, wheel, suspension, lighting or accessory changes. We can define the graphics scope first, or coordinate it with upgrades when both belong in the same project.
