THE BODY, PLASTICS & ACCESSORIES DEFINE THE GRAPHICS
Polaris RZR and Ranger, Can-Am Maverick and Defender, Honda Talon and Pioneer, Kawasaki Teryx, Yamaha YXZ and Wolverine, plus sport and utility ATVs all use different plastics, door configurations, fenders, cages and body breaks. We build around the real machine instead of trusting a one-size-fits-all template.
Full & high-coverage graphics
Printed or solid-color coverage that changes the overall look of the body. Coverage is planned around body breaks, recessed areas, lights, trim, seat bases, roof supports and accessories.
Partial wraps & custom graphics
Stripes, patterns, race-inspired graphics, coastal themes, accent panels and custom layouts that intentionally use the existing body color as part of the design.
Race, team & commercial graphics
Branding for resorts, rentals, property managers, contractors, events, restaurants, security teams and other working fleets. We can build repeatable systems with logos, unit numbers, contact information and replacement graphics.
Names, numbers & lettering
Names, numbers, logos, sponsor marks and smaller vinyl details when a full wrap is more than the project needs.
The body shape decides how the graphics work
UTV and ATV plastics are broken into separate fenders, doors, bedsides, hoods, side panels and trim pieces with deep contours, sharp edges and exposed hardware. We plan the graphic across those breaks so logos, numbers and key design elements still read once the machine is assembled.

NOT EVERY POWERSPORTS PLASTIC IS A GOOD WRAP SURFACE
These machines use a mix of painted, molded and textured plastics, and not every surface is a good vinyl candidate. Low-energy plastics, heavy texture, oxidized panels, silicone dressings and trail contamination can all affect adhesion. We review the actual plastics before promising coverage.
Surface
Fading, oxidation, failing paint, peeling clear, wax, ceramic coatings, silicone, old adhesive and repaired areas can change the prep or make a section a poor wrap candidate.
Access
Windshields, light kits, mirrors, roof supports, rear seats, fender flares, body kits and other accessories can affect both the design and installation order. We plan those conflicts before production.

MATERIALS + PRODUCTION
MATERIALS, LAMINATE & PANEL PLANNING WORK TOGETHER
Arlon is PCB Wraps’ first-choice line for many printed wrap applications, but powersports work still starts with the actual plastic and panel shape. Adhesion, texture, contour, exposure and how the machine is used determine the print film, laminate and coverage rather than forcing one material onto every panel.
Production artwork is built to the actual machine and panel set. Number plates, sponsor logos, driver names and major graphics are positioned around doors, fenders, bed seams, vents and hardware before anything goes to print.
Laminate
Printed graphics are laminated before installation. The laminate protects the print and establishes the final gloss, satin or matte appearance, so it is part of the system—not an afterthought.
Panel planning
Panel breaks, overlaps and seams are planned around molded body sections, trim and removable pieces so the installation stays practical without chopping up the design.
BUILD THE WHOLE MACHINE
POWERSPORTS UPGRADES CAN STAND ALONE OR BE PLANNED WITH GRAPHICS
Graphics can be one part of a side-by-side or ATV build, but they do not have to be part of the job at all. PCB Wraps can handle audio, lighting, wheels and tires, winches, protection, electronics and other accessories as standalone upgrades or coordinate them with the graphics when both belong in the same build.
Wheels + stance
Wheel and tire packages, suspension-related upgrades and stance changes that can completely alter how the machine looks and performs.
Audio + lighting
Speakers, amplifiers, source units, LED light kits, accent lighting, underbody lighting, controllers and other electrical upgrades.
Seats + accessories
Seat and upholstery upgrades, steering wheels, mirrors, windshields, storage, electronics and other accessories that finish the build.
ATV, UTV & SIDE-BY-SIDE GRAPHICS PROJECTS
Trail machines, race builds, hunting rigs, branded work units and one-off personal projects all need different coverage and panel planning. The body configuration and use determine the graphics approach.
FROM MACHINE INFORMATION TO PRODUCTION ARTWORK
The design, material and install plan start with the actual machine. Photos get us moving; model, body configuration, aftermarket panels and surface condition are what turn an idea into production artwork.

Machine review & panel configuration
Send the year, make and model if known, clear photos of the front, rear and both sides, and what you want changed. Include aftermarket body kits, seats, lights, mirrors, roof changes or other accessories.
Measurements and scope
We confirm the year, make, model, door style, aftermarket plastics, existing graphics, surface condition and intended coverage before production. Model names help, but the actual machine is the final reference.
Design and proof
The proof is built around usable panel space. Numbers, sponsor logos, names and key visual elements are kept away from hinges, latches, vents, panel breaks and high-abrasion areas where possible, and you approve placement before production.
ABRASION, MUD & CLEANING AFFECT SERVICE LIFE
ATVs and UTVs see mud, sand, branches, pressure washing, boots, cargo and constant abrasion. Good materials matter, but graphics are not body armor. How the machine is used, washed and stored has a major effect on service life.
Use
High-contact areas around door edges, fenders, footwells, cargo areas and panels exposed to boots, branches or gear may wear differently from protected body sections. We plan coverage with that reality in mind.
Maintenance
Routine washing with wrap-safe products, avoiding aggressive chemicals and pressure directly at edges, and reducing unnecessary UV exposure can help the finish look better longer.

FAQs
Straight answers about plastics, old graphics, race kits, artwork, materials, pressure washing and what we need before an ATV or UTV project starts.
Smooth, stable painted or molded panels are the best candidates. Heavily textured plastics, low-energy plastics, oxidized surfaces and constant-abrasion areas may need a different approach. We inspect the real panels before promising coverage.
Existing graphics and adhesive can often be removed as part of preparation, but aged adhesive, sun exposure, damaged plastics and surface condition can change the labor and risk. We evaluate removal before assuming what will come off cleanly.
No. Logos, sketches, reference photos and AI concepts are useful for direction. Final artwork still has to be rebuilt around the actual machine, panel shapes, scale and production requirements.
It depends on the plastic. ATV and UTV manufacturers use different molded materials, paints, coatings and textures, and they do not all accept vinyl the same way. We evaluate the exact surface before choosing a material or promising coverage.
