Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the PCB Wraps website, customer portals, digital services, quotes, orders, and services where incorporated into a project agreement. “PCB Wraps,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to PCB Wraps Signs & Graphics.

Quotes, Estimates & Project Agreements

Quotes and estimates are based on the information, specifications, and reasonably observable conditions available when prepared. Hidden conditions, inaccurate or incomplete information, changes in scope, additional customer requests, material changes, or other circumstances may require additional charges, a change order, or a revised schedule.

Project-specific agreements, approved change orders, and written terms may supplement or modify these Terms. When provisions conflict, the more specific mutually accepted project provision controls.

Authority to Approve Work

By authorizing work, you represent that you own the vehicle, vessel, equipment, property, or other item involved, or otherwise have authority to authorize the work.

If acting for a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to approve the project and bind that organization to the applicable agreement.

Deposits & Payment

Unless otherwise stated, PCB Wraps may require a 50% deposit to begin custom work. Higher deposits or full payment may be required for special-order, outsourced, material-intensive, rush, shipped, or other projects.

Final payment for work completed at PCB Wraps is due upon completion and before release of the vehicle, vessel, equipment, or completed product unless different written terms have been approved. Work performed at a customer’s location is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. Shipped custom products must be paid in full before shipment.

Special-order products may require payment in full before ordering.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. PCB Wraps does not intentionally store complete unencrypted payment-card numbers or card security codes in its ordinary business systems.

Project Changes

Customer-requested changes after approval may result in additional design, material, production, vendor, installation, and scheduling charges.

PCB Wraps may pause work when hidden conditions, safety concerns, unsuitable surfaces, incompatible components, or other circumstances require additional customer direction or authorization.

Design, Artwork & Intellectual Property

Customers retain ownership of intellectual property they provide to PCB Wraps. By providing artwork, logos, photographs, trademarks, or other content, you represent that you own or have sufficient rights to authorize its use and grant PCB Wraps permission to modify, reproduce, print, fabricate, and install it as reasonably necessary for the project.

PCB Wraps does not routinely investigate ownership of customer-supplied content.

PCB Wraps may refuse, suspend, or terminate work when infringement is obvious or reasonably suspected, when work may be illegal or unsafe, or when the subject matter or project is inconsistent with PCB Wraps’ business standards or interests. PCB Wraps otherwise reserves the right to decline or discontinue a project where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable contractual and legal obligations.

For paid PCB Wraps-created designs, the customer receives the right to use the finished work as produced for the paid project. Unless expressly transferred in writing, PCB Wraps retains its working and production files, templates, measurements, scans, panel maps, cut geometry, production methods, source files, and similar underlying assets.

Editable or production files are not included unless specifically agreed in writing.

Rejected concepts, alternate designs, and unpaid or unused creative work remain PCB Wraps property and may not be reproduced by another provider without authorization.

Payment of a design fee compensates PCB Wraps for design services and does not automatically transfer source files or underlying production intellectual property.

Proof Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing proofs for customer-verifiable information, including spelling, telephone numbers, URLs, logos, requested content, overall layout, and coverage.

Digital approval authorizes PCB Wraps to proceed.

Approved two-dimensional artwork may require reasonable adjustments during production and installation to accommodate actual three-dimensional geometry, seams, panels, body lines, hardware, obstructions, curves, and other physical conditions.

AI-generated concepts and visualizations are conceptual only. The final approved production proof controls.

Project Photography & Marketing

Unless PCB Wraps expressly agrees otherwise in writing before or during the project, the customer authorizes PCB Wraps to photograph, record, and document work performed by PCB Wraps and to use project photographs, video, finished-project imagery, and PCB Wraps-created project content for portfolio, website, social media, advertising, promotional, educational, and other lawful business purposes without additional compensation.

This permission does not authorize PCB Wraps to publish unrelated private information such as payment information, private communications, or other confidential customer records.

Any confidentiality or marketing-use restriction must be expressly accepted by an authorized PCB Wraps representative.

Customer Portals & Electronic Approval

Customers are responsible for safeguarding portal credentials and for activity conducted through their accounts.

PCB Wraps may suspend portal access for security concerns, abuse, suspected fraud, appropriate overdue balances, or termination of the customer relationship.

Electronic signatures, checkbox acceptance, authenticated portal actions, digital proof approvals, and other legally valid electronic methods may constitute binding authorization.

Subcontractors & Service Providers

Where permitted and appropriate, the customer authorizes PCB Wraps to use qualified subcontractors, fabricators, installers, suppliers, carriers, and other service providers in performing portions of a project.

Scheduling

Unless PCB Wraps expressly provides a written guaranteed completion deadline, project and delivery dates are estimates.

Material availability, customer revisions, delayed approvals or payments, hidden conditions, weather, vendor or carrier delays, equipment failure, emergencies, force majeure, and other circumstances can affect schedules.

A delay alone does not automatically entitle a customer to cancel completed work, recover earned amounts, or receive a discount or refund.

Limitation of Results

PCB Wraps does not guarantee advertising results, leads, impressions, sales, revenue, or other business outcomes from wraps, graphics, signs, or related work.

Supporting Policies

Projects may also be subject to the PCB Wraps Project, Cancellation & Refund Policy; Warranty & Product Policy; Shipping, Pickup & Fulfillment Policy; Privacy Policy; and Messaging Terms, as applicable.

Applicable Law

These Terms are intended to be governed by Florida law where legally permissible. PCB Wraps’ intended venue for disputes is Bay County, Florida, subject to applicable law and any controlling project agreement.

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law. PCB Wraps’ failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not permanently waive it.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive rights or liabilities that cannot legally be waived.
