VEHICLE WRAPS & GRAPHICS

PCB Wraps designs, produces and installs graphics for work vehicles, fleets, boats, trailers, food trucks, race vehicles and personal vehicles. Coverage can range from lettering and identification graphics to partial and full wraps, depending on the vehicle, surface, design and job.

Services

WRAPS FOR DIFFERENT VEHICLES & JOBS

A wrap system has to fit more than the artwork. Body construction, paint or gelcoat condition, plastics, hardware, compound curves, exposure and expected use all affect coverage, material selection and installation planning.

Commercial vehicle wraps

Full and partial wraps, graphics, and branding for work trucks, vans, box trucks, and commercial vehicles.

Fleet graphics

Consistent branding for businesses operating multiple vehicles or different vehicle types.

Color change wraps

Custom vinyl color and finish changes for cars, trucks, SUVs, and suitable vehicles.

Boat & marine wraps

Full and partial marine wraps, hull graphics, lettering, and custom boat graphics.

Approach

COVERAGE SHOULD MATCH THE JOB

Full coverage is not automatically the best answer. Commercial vehicles may only need the areas that carry the brand and message. Fleet graphics may prioritize repeatability and replacement. Color-change work puts more emphasis on finish, edges and visible original color. Marine and powersports applications introduce different surfaces, hardware and exposure. The coverage plan should follow the actual project.

Capability

Design. Print. Finish. Install.

Design, production and installation decisions are connected. Measurements, panel layout, material choice and surface condition affect what happens downstream, so they are considered before graphics reach the installer.

Design for the surface

Artwork is planned around the actual vehicle, wall, sign, or substrate so important content stays readable and clear of problem areas.

Print with intent

Approved artwork is prepared at production scale, then printed with the material and output settings selected for the application.

Finish for the job

Lamination, cutting, panel organization, and other finishing steps are matched to the material, exposure, and installation plan.

Install it right

Surface prep, access, seams, edges, hardware, and geometry are handled as part of the installation—not as an afterthought.

Start your project

Send photos, rough dimensions when they matter, and a short description of what you want the graphics to do. We’ll tell you what information we need next.

WHAT TO SEND US

Finished artwork is not required. Vehicle information, current photos, existing logos or brand files, examples you like and a description of the coverage you are considering are enough to start the conversation. We can identify what measurements, inspection or production artwork are needed next.
