Food Truck Builds, Remodels & Upgrades
A food truck has to work like a commercial kitchen, a service counter and a moving storefront at the same time. PCB Wraps handles food truck and concession trailer build-outs, remodels, equipment integration, fabrication, electrical and plumbing upgrades, ventilation-related work, lighting, exterior graphics and supporting signage from our Panama City Beach shop. The scope starts with the menu, unit, workflow and existing systems—not a one-size-fits-all parts list.
BUILD + REMODEL
Build around the menu. Then build the kitchen.
The menu determines a lot: cooking equipment, refrigeration, prep space, hood and ventilation needs, electrical load, water demand, storage and service flow. We plan the work around the actual operation so the truck is easier to use, easier to service and easier to keep organized.
Interior layout + fabrication
Counters, shelving, equipment stands, stainless work surfaces, storage and selected fabrication planned around clearances, access and how the crew actually moves through the unit.
Electrical + power systems
Equipment circuits, shore-power needs, generator integration, lighting and controls have to be considered as one load plan instead of added one appliance at a time.
Plumbing + water systems
Fresh and waste water, sinks, pumps, water heating and equipment connections can be reviewed or upgraded around the unit's layout and operating needs.
Ventilation + equipment integration
Cooking equipment, hood locations, exhaust paths, make-up air considerations and service access affect the entire build. Changes need to be planned before walls, graphics and finish work go on.
Repairs + remodels
Existing units can be refreshed, reconfigured or repaired when the menu changes, equipment gets replaced, finishes are worn or the original layout simply does not work anymore.
Wraps, menus + exterior branding
Once the openings, hardware and exterior work are settled, wraps, menu panels, lettering, service-window graphics and supporting signs can be designed around the finished unit.
YOUR TRUCK. YOUR TRAILER.
Bring us the unit. We build it around your operation.
Already own a step van, box truck, cargo trailer or concession trailer? That can be the starting point. We can review the shell, existing openings, condition and systems, then build the interior and exterior around your menu, equipment, service style and brand. The goal is not to force your business into a generic layout—it is to make the unit you already own work the way you need it to.

REPAIR + UPGRADE + REFURBISH
Upgrade. Add Accessories. Or start over inside.
Not every truck needs a complete rebuild. We can handle smaller repairs and targeted upgrades, rework worn or poorly planned areas, replace or relocate selected equipment, improve lighting or electrical systems, update plumbing components, repair finishes and service areas, or strip a tired unit down for a broader refurbishment. The right scope depends on what is failing, what is changing in the menu and whether the existing layout is still worth keeping.

HOW WE SCOPE IT
From menu to working unit.
Review the unit
Photos, dimensions, existing equipment, current systems, condition and known problems give us the starting point.
Define the operation
Menu, equipment list, staffing, prep, storage, service style and where the unit will operate shape the scope.
Plan the build order
Fabrication, utilities, equipment, finish work, lighting and exterior hardware are sequenced so one trade does not undo another.
Brand the finished truck
Wraps, lettering, menu panels and service-window graphics are built around the final openings, hardware and customer-facing surfaces.
DIGITAL MENU DISPLAYS
Change the menu without reprinting the truck.
Digital menu displays make sense when prices, specials or available items change often. They can be planned into the service side with the right mounting, power, visibility and surrounding graphics so the screen feels like part of the truck instead of an afterthought. The exact player, display and connectivity setup should be selected for how and where the unit operates.

BUILT TO WORK. FINISHED TO SELL.
The finished unit still has to look like your business.
Once fabrication, equipment, openings and exterior hardware are finalized, wraps, lettering, menu graphics, window graphics, lighting and signs can be planned around the finished unit. That keeps the customer-facing work from being designed around parts that later move or disappear.

FAQ
Food truck build & upgrade questions
Do you only work on complete food truck builds?
No. We can scope individual upgrades, repairs and remodel work as well as larger build-outs. That can include equipment changes, electrical or plumbing work, lighting, fabrication, exterior graphics, menu systems or a coordinated combination.
Can you help plan the layout around my menu?
Yes. Menu, cooking method, equipment list, refrigeration, prep, storage, staffing and service flow are some of the first things worth reviewing because they drive the space and utility requirements.
Do you handle permits and code approval?
Requirements vary by jurisdiction and by the equipment installed. We can plan the project with inspection and serviceability in mind and coordinate documentation or outside trades where included, but final requirements and approvals come from the applicable health, fire, building and licensing authorities.
Building new or fixing what you already have?
Send us the unit details, menu concept, equipment list, photos and what is not working now. We can sort the project into the right order before parts, fabrication, utilities, finishes and graphics start colliding with each other.
